There's only six more days until Summer Solstice, which means we have TWO more workouts to follow to complete our 25-Day Challenge. How has it been going? Feeling taut and ready for an adventurous summer?
Here's a 30 minute workout to work your Core and your Bootie!
Today's yoga practice is a playful and mindful approach to trim and tone while building body awareness, flexibility and stability in the spine. Let's work it for the next three days and remember that the active practice of yoga unites all parts of the body and mind.

So, let's get started on a continued challenge and
Don't forget the following guidelines:
*Rest days include a yoga session so you can stretch those sore muscles
*Drink at least 2 L of water per day through the challenge.
*Include at least one dark green leafy salad per day.
*Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night so your muscles have time to recover and rest.
