Summer Solstice is getting closer!! How have the workouts been going??

Let's keep going for another three days! Today's workout is Yin Yoga for a slow deep muscle release.

Workout with this video for the next three days. Summer Solstice occurs on June 20 and this is day 13,12 and 11 of our countdown to Solstice. Are you ready for your killer summer beach body?? Well click play and let's get going!!


***Don't forget the following guidelines

*Rest days include a yoga session so you can stretch those sore muscles

*Drink at least 2 L of water per day through the challenge.

*Include at least one dark green leafy salad per day.

*Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night so your muscles have time to recover and rest.
