Countdown to Solstice: Workout 2 (Day 4-5-6)

WORKOUT 2 (Day 4 - 5 - 6)
Sweaty,  Fat Loss Cardio & Abs


So you made it through the first three days of the challenge??? Awesome!!

Let's keep going, Today's workout is a sweaty, fat loss cardio workout including a great ab routine. its a quick 10-minute workout that will make you sweat, lose weight and your abs will be turning more solid every day!

Workout with this video for the next three days. Summer Solstice occurs on June 20 and this is day 22, 21 and 20 of our countdown to Solstice. Are you ready for your killer summer beach body?? Well click play and let's get going!!


***Don't forget to drink plenty of water, some GREEN JUICE and stick to the following guidelines!!: 

*Rest days include a yoga session so you can stretch those sore muscles

*Drink at least 2 L of water per day through the challenge.

*Include at least one dark green leafy salad per day.

*Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night so your muscles have time to recover and rest.
