Are you ready to sprint into your summer-body prep with a yoga workout challenge?
Summer Solstice occurs on June 20 and I have a 25-day challenge for you to work your Core, Glutes, Stability and Flexibility every day leading up to the celebration of summer's birth and the longest day the year!
I will be posting a new workout every three days. So stick with each workout for three days each and then move on to the next one. There are eight of them.
Start today and before Summer Solstice kicks in, you will have completed the challenge! You will feel energized and you will be in primal shape for this year's outdoor festivities, excursions and pleasures throughout the summer season!
