Banana Berry Omega Smoothie

Mmm,  yumm!!. Knowing how to build a great smoothie is an art that's necessary for your health. This mouth-watering smoothie is absolutely delicious AND it has mega fatty acids which are crucial for your body to function.

That's why they are known as 'essential'. Our body does not manufacture them so we have to eat them, in the form of fatty fish like salmon, flaxseeds or other sources!

Ingredients:

·         1 peeled banana (preferably frozen)

·         2 cup frozen berries

·         1 scoop Vega One or other protein powder

·         1 cup water or coconut/almond milk)

·         1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds (if adding Vega One protein powder, no need for these)

·         1-2 dates (optional)

Instructions:
Blend everything until creamy and smooth, adding water as needed for the desired consistency.
